T&C FOR WORKSHOPS
By purchasing our calligraphy workshop(s) and/or event(s), you accept and agree to our TERMS & CONDITIONS as listed below:
All sales are final. Workshop Fee is non-refundable.
INTRO + BEGINNER WORKSHOPS - If you cannot attend the workshop and would like to swap to another workshop date, please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org with at least 5 days notice. You are able to swap to another workshop one time only within three months from the date of your purchase. However, participants who fail to provide 5 days advance notice will not be able to swap to another workshop. You are also welcome to transfer your seat to a friend. To do this, you must give 3 days prior written notice via email to email@example.com including the name, email and contact number of the person you are transferring to.
IMPROVER WORKSHOPS + KIDS MINI SUMMER CAMP - These workshops are sold as a set, make up lessons are not available if the student misses the workshop or no show. The workshop fee is strictly non-refundable and non-transferable.
ALL WORKSHOPS - Each workshop requires a minimum of 4 students to sign up in order to take place. If the workshop you have signed up for does not meet this capacity, a CANCELLATION notification with make up class options will be emailed to you within 48 hours prior to the date.
